This is the only place to take your vehicle for any work that needs to be done!! I have gone there for years and need not go anywhere else! They do only what needs to be done! They explain everything and will never rip you off!! Friendly experts that will fix your car in a very reasonable time!! Bill and Andrew rock!! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle in for any repair as this is the only place that I know to totally trust for working on my car as well as reasonable charges!! Very friendly experts who explain what they will do and only what needs to be done, no need to go anywhere else!!! I give it an A+ rating!!

I am a Fan! This garage has saved me so many times, I am and will always be a Crank-N-Go guy. The customer service is above 4 star - knowledgeable guys with my safety first! Repair time is great, I had my car there for long term repairs and quick "before work" repairs. They stand behind their work. Warrantied and they will always look it over! I commute to Ann Arbor for work so a quick fix was essential. I was a first time customer but Bill and his crew got me in immediately, put my car on the lift, called me back to show me where the problem was, explained what they were going to do to fix it with an estimate that was spot on the money. Bill went above and and beyond for my son and I. Bought a very nice looking 1990 Regal and it was a basket case. Bill gave me an honest assessment, and the car threw him a large curveball, which he handled very professionally and economically for me. My Jeep Wrangler air conditioning quit. Stopped by Crank N Go at 4:30 and Terry, Bill and Tony fixed it. They also fixed a brake wiring problem I noticed while watching them work on my Jeep. I've been trying to solve a check engine light for several months. I checked with the dealer and their estimate was over 1000 dollars. I decided not to go that route on an 18 year old vehicle. The simpler things I tried did not solve the problem so I called Bill at Crank n Go. They fixed it in no time for about a tenth of the estimate from the dealer. The computer the dealer wanted to replace was not the problem and would not have fixed the vehicle. Crank n Go is a neat, clean organized shop that can actually fix a vehicle for a fair price. This is my second visit and I'm totally pleased.

Got my car fixed here back in September 2013 and it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and the prices were fair. I'm writing this review because I was recently looking around for prices of a repair that I needed. My car was at another shop and I wanted to compare the estimate they gave me with another shop's. I was confused about what exactly needed to be done with my car so they called the other shop themselves so they could give me an accurate price. Needless to say I was very impressed they would do that. Would definitely bring my car here again!
