Our Confidence Plus® North American Warranty covers parts and labor on qualifying repairs and services for
3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. This nationwide warranty is honored at over 35,000 service repair facilities across North America, ensuring that you can travel with confidence knowing assistance is always nearby.
Services Covered:
- Air conditioning, heating, and climate control systems
- Engine cooling systems
- Engine performance and drivability services
- Emission control systems
- Fuel systems
- Electronic engine management and other onboard computer systems
- Brake systems
- Starting and charging systems
- Electrical systems
- Exhaust systems
- Ignition systems
- Steering and suspension systems
- Wheel bearings, CV joints, U-joints, half-shafts, and driveshafts
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
- Within 25 Miles: If you are within 25 miles of the original repair facility, please return to that facility for warranty service.
- Beyond 25 Miles: If you are more than 25 miles away, contact the Warranty Administrator at 1-877-230-0369 before any repair work is performed. They will direct you to the nearest participating service center.
SafeRoute Roadside Assistance
In addition to our warranty coverage, we offer the SafeRoute Roadside Assistance program, designed to keep you safe with services including:
- Fuel, oil, and water delivery
- Lockout assistance
- Flat tire assistance
- Battery jump starts
- Towing services
This program ensures that help is available when you need it most, providing comprehensive support for common roadside emergencies.
